Biomedica offers

 Business:

-Networking opportunities with partners in business and science to enter into new R&D cooperations.
-How to start and manage a company in Medtech and Pharma.

 Scientists:
-To enter into cooperation and projects with companies for research and new applications.
-To learn about recent breakthroughs in research and application developments in inflammation, endocrinology, bi-functional hydrogels, biomaterials for sport injury repair, neurological disease management, image guided neuro interventions and the life cycle of pharma and medtech companies.

 Students:
-To realize contacts within the  industry and R&D institutes to learn about future career opportunities and planning.

Presentations are given 50% by industry and 50% by university.
So, register and meet company representatives, researchers during Biomedica,
being visited by 50-50 industry and science.

Best practices of collaborating companies and academic institutes/universities will be rewarded for innovative application oriented research or projects in the field of life sciences, medical technology or red and white biotechnology. Click here for more information on how to apply.


Submit your poster – Deadline: March 7th, 2012
Present your recent research breakthroughs and innovations in the fields of (Bio)pharmaceuticals & nutraceuticals, Medical devices & care or Biomaterials. Accepted poster submitters benefit from the waived registration fee. Twelve posters will be selected by the Jury for presentation to the audience, and six of them will be granted a prize of EUR 500.
